Every Saturday morning, Main Street transforms into Soda City Market: Columbia's beloved open-air street festival, running 9 AM to 1 PM, year-round, rain or shine. And right in the middle of the music, the makers, and the mouth-watering food stalls, you'll find Huitzi The Bus, serving specialty coffee with a side of Saturday magic.
Coffee On The Go
Our Soda City setup is a market tradition in the making. Grab a handcrafted espresso drink or a refreshing cold brew and let it fuel your stroll past more than a hundred local vendors, artisans, and farmers in the shadow of the State House. This is where Columbia comes together: students, families, artists, and out-of-towners, and Huitzi is proud to be part of the city's Saturday ritual.
